NRG Agency helped Nordberg Medical steal the spotlight at BtS Stockholm by creating a premium, end-to-end brand experience that elevated their presence, impressed global guests, and turned every detail into a statement of Swedish innovation.
BRIEF
Nordberg Medical wanted to create a standout presence at BtS Stockholm, showcasing both Nordberg and its product brand Juläine of Sweden. The goal was to create an immersive experience for global clients and internal teams reflecting Swedish quality and medical innovation.
SOLUTION
NRG Agency designed and executed a 360 brand activation across every touchpoint. From a sleek booth and symposium setup to premium branded gifts to a curated hospitality journey with transport, hotel branding, and a Nordberg signature dinner event. We handled the visual storytelling, design, production and on-site presence by extensive planning, agile sollutions and a strong focus on detail.
RESULTS
Nordberg was the name on everyone’s lips at BtS Stockholm. The brand presence stood out, and the dinner became the event’s crown jewel — praised both internally and externally. The experience strengthened pride, sparked conversations, and left a lasting mark across the industry.
Custom made, backlit product wall functioned as both statement piece and display area.
To guide visitors to the showrooms, floor stickers where placed from the booth to the rooms.
Two meeting rooms where converted into showroom and lounge area.
We designed the interior of the rooms to be inspiring to use as photo backdrops for videos and content creation.
To create an experience of receiving branded lipbalms, we built their own ball machine, complete with branded tokens.
Nordberg was the brand on everyone’s lips during BtS Stockholm, gaining praise through the industry.
Each guest was welcomed with a personalized mirror message - a total of 120 unique foils.
Branded gifts were delivered to hotel rooms throughout the event.

Guests arrived by boat to 3Sixty Skybar, where a panoramic view from the 25th floor set the scene for an unforgettable evening “Above the Northern Lights”.
A signature cocktail was created to capture the brand’s vibe in both taste and tone.

Large floral installations intertwined with brand graphics, bringing the identity to life and rooting it in its nature-inspired heritage.
Every detail in the venue echoed the brand event—from towels and beauty pads to mirror foils and wall décor—creating a fully immersive experience.
The terrace became a Juläine of Sweden showcase—an elegant escape that captured the brand’s elevated feel.
