Questions we get

  • The difference is that with staffing, the person is employed by NRG Agency, while with recruitment, we support you throughout the recruitment process and the person is employed directly by the client.

  • It depends on the role, but we usually estimate around 5 weeks for a full-time position and around 15 days for a part-time position.

  • The cost is tailored based on our existing agreement with you and the specific role we are recruiting for.

  • We cover the retail market in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Benelux.

  • Yes, we handle both references and background checks as part of the recruitment process.

  • We have a guarantee that protects you if the latest recruitment doesn't work out. For staffing consultants, we will find and employ a new consultant free of charge.

  • Yes, absolutely. You can hire the consultant directly if you decide you would like to employ them permanently.

  • Yes, we recruit for both head office roles, including managers and specialists, as well as positions in stores.
